Description
Selling our beautiful Birdie.
MOT\'d just this week with a new exhaust, lights and steering rack gator.
Replaced the speedo for a MPH one earlier this year so the mileage reading isn\'t accurate. She\'s got 189k on the clock (paperwork to prove). Along with a new drivers window switch and aerial.
Absolute pleasure to drive and camp with, never had any troubles starting or running. Electric roof, rock\'n\'roll bed, fridge, sink, electric blinds, lighting and hob all work well. Solar panel allows you to camp off grid for a short while and keep the leisure battery topped up. She has a toad alarm which is a little temperamental but we think this would be fixed with some new batteries. She has a low water alarm fitted which goes off if it falls which is common in Bongos. We\'ll be including two ramps for levelling, 5m hook up cable, external screen cover, 2 sets of keys and a spare Osram Night Breaker bulb. We\'ve topped up her oil, screenwash and water, oh and there is a fair bit of service history too.
There is rust on the arches and spots around her as to be expected, shown in photos. No advisories have been given when MOT\'d. The aircon does not work, we had this investigated by our garage who located the leak (can advise where it is if needed) however, the part wouldn\'t arrive before our holiday so didn\'t worry about replacing it in the end. The breaks squeak a little but we had these checked at the same time and the garage said they couldn\'t find fault.
Very sad to be selling her but covid has diminished our savings...we\'d keep her if we could!
